My love for art and creativity has been a constant companion since childhood, and it was in 2015 that I decided to embark on a career as a concept artist.
This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, filled with digital canvases, innovative software, and a deep passion for visual storytelling.
Ever since I can remember, I've had an artistic streak running through my veins. Even after school, I would spend my free time immersed in arts and crafts at home. It was a natural progression of my love for creativity that eventually led me to explore a career in the visual arts.
In 2015, I took a significant step in my artistic journey by investing in a Wacom Cintiq—a digital tablet designed for digital drawing. Armed with this powerful tool, I ventured into the realm of digital artistry. I delved into learning programs and honed my skills in digital painting using software like Photoshop.
My thirst for knowledge and improvement led me to participate in David Luong's workshop on creating matte paintings for cinematics and movies. This workshop proved to be an invaluable experience, offering insights into the intricacies of cinematic artistry. I was captivated by the process and eager to dive deeper into this captivating field.
Not one to limit myself, I soon set my sights on 3D modeling. I began exploring 3D modeling programs like Maya and ZBrush. This expansion into the world of 3D art opened up new possibilities for creating objects and environments, especially for the dynamic realm of video games.
As I continue to explore these realms, I look forward to pushing my creative boundaries further, breathing life into imaginative worlds, and sharing my visual stories with the world.
